If a piece of jewelry keeps its color and does not irritate the skin, I consider it a win. If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually has some kind of catch. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress.
